
Ukrainian defence forces repelled 167 Russian assaults in a single day while striking multiple enemy positions along the front. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian troops successfully targeted two Russian drone command points and struck 18 areas where Russian personnel and equipment were concentrated.
Russian forces carried out 83 air strikes, launched three missiles, and deployed over 3200 kamikaze drones in an attempt to weaken Ukrainian defences. In addition, Russian troops conducted over 6200 artillery shellings, including 217 from multiple launch rocket systems, and dropped more than 100 guided bombs on Ukrainian positions. The strikes targeted several settlements in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.
Ukrainian air and missile forces responded with precision strikes, successfully hitting two Russian artillery systems and two drone control centres. Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders destroyed six Russian tanks, 14 armoured combat vehicles, 58 artillery systems, three multiple launch rocket systems, two air defence units, 190 tactical drones, and 142 enemy transport vehicles. The estimated Russian personnel losses reached 1180 in a single day.
The fighting remained intense across multiple frontline directions. In the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy assaults near Vovchansk and Petro Ivanivka. In Kupiansk, 11 Russian attacks were pushed back near Kindrashivka, Lozova, Stepova Novoselivka, Nova Kruhlyakivka, and Zahryzove. The Lyman direction saw 23 Russian attacks, while in Kramatorsk, two combat clashes took place near Chasiv Yar and Bilya Hora. The Toretsk sector was the site of 19 Russian offensives, while Pokrovsk witnessed 25 assault actions. Ukrainian forces also repelled attacks in the Novopavlivsk, Huliaipil, and Orikhiv sectors, with no significant clashes reported in the Seversk and Dnipro directions.
Ukrainian partisans in the Zaporizhzhia region also disrupted Russian fuel supply lines, further straining the enemy’s logistics. Ukrainian military officials reported that Russia’s total war losses now exceed 885130 personnel, with tens of thousands of units of military equipment destroyed since the beginning of the invasion.
