Poland has announced a new aid package for Ukraine worth over 200 million euros, which includes military equipment and resources to strengthen Ukraine’s defense against Russian attacks.
On January 15, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk revealed that the 46th aid package for Ukraine, worth more than 200 million euros, is ready for delivery. The announcement, made during a press conference in Warsaw, underscores Poland’s continued support for Ukraine in its efforts to defend sovereignty amid Russian attacks.
The aid package includes military equipment and other resources designed to enhance Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The delivery of the package is expected to begin soon, although Tusk did not provide specific details about the contents. During the press conference, he emphasized that actions speak louder than words, stating, “We need to talk about this as little as possible and do as much as possible.”
Deputy Prime Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz also spoke about the aid, affirming Poland’s ongoing commitment to providing military support to Ukraine. He noted that Poland’s support remains steadfast, with a particular focus on maintaining the security of its own borders. Kosiniak-Kamysz highlighted that while Poland will continue to offer assistance, it will not cross any lines that might jeopardize the security of the Polish state.
In addition to this new package, Kosiniak-Kamysz also referenced plans for continued assistance with armored vehicles, adding that Poland is committed to ensuring Ukraine has the necessary resources to withstand Russia’s aggression. This is part of Poland’s broader effort to support Ukraine in maintaining its territorial integrity and sovereignty.
This aid package is the latest in a series of contributions from Poland, which has consistently provided support to Ukraine throughout the conflict.
