BCSO said that deputies were dispatched to the Tivoli Bridge in reference to an individual who could not swim but had entered into the water.
The Bryan County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Diving Team was deployed and retrieved Carlito Lindsey, 26. Lindsey was from Mississippi, but was an active military member stationed at Fort Stewart in Georgia.
