BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Thursday, the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office joined what’s described as a coalition of now 50 states and territories, in two settlements and cooperation agreements with Heritage Pharmaceuticals and Apotex, totaling $49.1 million.
In a statement, the attorney general’s office says this was done to “resolve allegations that both companies engaged in widespread, long-running conspiracies to artificially inflate and manipulate prices, reduce competition, and unreasonably restrain trade for numerous generic prescription drugs.”
If you purchased certain drugs from the aforementioned companies between January 1st, 2010 and December 31st, 2018, you could be eligible for money.
